   Admission Procedure

 

 

1.SERIOUS NOTE : THE LAST DATES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ALL APPLICATION FORMS FROM BOTH OLD AND NEW STUDENTS (Admission forms/ Examination forms/ Fee Concession & Scholarship forms etc.) MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED. NO APPLICATION FORM FOR ANYTHING SHALL BE RECEIVED AFTER THE LAST DATES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

 

2.THE COLLEGE PROSPECTUS containing the online admission Token shall be available to the applicants or their guardians/agents at the U.P. COOPERATIVE BANK LTD., Christ Church College Branch (Shivala Rd.), D.A.V. College Branch (Civil Lines), Birhana Rd. Branch (Near Tapeshwari Temple), Navin Market Branch, Moti Jheel Branch (Near Fatima Convent School, Ashok Nagar), Sarvodaya Ngr. Branch (Upica Building), and Govind Ngr. Branch (Misra Mkt., Nandlal Crossing) on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash. THE APPLICANT'S NAME, FATHER'S NAME AND ADDRESS MUST CLEARLY BE WRITTEN ON BOTH FOILS OF THE BANK PAY-IN SLIP.

 

3.THE ORIGINAL COUNTERFOIL OF THE PAY-IN SLIP MUST BE SENT ATTACHED
TO THE COMPLETED ADMISSION FORM, FAILING WHICH THE FORM SHALL BE
OUTRIGHTLY REJECTED.

 

4.OUTSTATION APPLICANTS may obtain the Prospectus by sending a demand draft of
Rs. 250/-, payable to the Principal, Christ Church College, Kanpur.

 

7.TWO PASSPORT SIZE COLOURED PHOTOGRAPHS with the completed printout of the Admission Application Form must be attached to your form.


8. THE SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE WITH PASTED STAMPS, of Rs. 17/- for local and Rs. 25/- for outstation addresses must be attached to the application forms failing which the applications shall not be considered.

 

9.A. COLLEGE FEE: After the merit list, selected students may get their challan online for submission of College fee and are requested to submit very carefully; once you submit the same, it shall not be refunded even in case of cancellation of your admission.

 

B. Students of B.A./ B.Sc. & B. Com. Part II & III and M.A./ M.Sc. & M.Com. Final classes must attached the College copy of the fee challan along with the completed printout of admission application form.


10.PHOTOCOPIES OF ALL PREVIOUS MARKS SHEETS AND CERTIFICATES, essentially self-attested by the applicants and countersigned by their parents/guardians MUST be sent with the applications forms.
WARNING: (i) Without the self-attestations of the applicant and the countersigning of parents/guardians, the application shall be deemed invalid. (ii) The genuineness of the attestation/countersigning stated above shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant/s. Any error, advertent/inadvertent, shall call for the cancellation of the application/s.

 

11.MIGRATION, TRANSFER AND CHARACTER CERTIFICATES OF THE LAST INSTITUTION IN ORIGINAL must be attached to the application form for admission to B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Part I classes. However in case of any difficulty/delay, these should be submitted latest by August 14, 2017.

 

12.ADMITTED STUDENTS SHALL HAVE TO SHOW THEIR ORIGINAL MARKS SHEETS AND ALL RELEVANT CERTIFICATES AND DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION BEFORE ADMISSION COMMITTEE AFTER MERIT DECLARATION, FAILING WHICH THEIR ADMISSION SHALL BE CANCELLED. The details of the programme shall be put up on the college website / notice boards
